Sunday, October 21st - SEASON ENDING BOWL GAMES @ NEWTON PARK

The season ending bowl games will take place Sunday, October 21st at Newton Park on Bill Pope Field.  Experience will be complete with player introductions, National Anthem and scoreboard clock (no scoring).  Full scale concessions will be open.  The revised schedule is as follows:

10:45a  Purdue Boilermakers vs. USC Trojans
12:00p  Boise State Broncos vs. Texas Longhorns
  1:15p  Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Indiana Hoosiers
  2:30p  Wisconsin Badgers vs. Marshall Thundering Herd
  3:45p  Illinois Fighting Illini vs. Notre Dame Fighting Irish
  5:00p  Northwestern Wildcats vs. Michigan Wolverines



Flag Football
Grades: 1-2

Players learn and develop the fundamentals of football, teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership in a supervised, organized and safe environment.

The flag program begins in August and ends in mid- October with practices held twice weekly until school starts and once weekly thereafter. Games are played on weekends at Newton Park and/or other locations in the community.
